About the Program

Not theory. A roadmap you build as you go.

Digital transformation moves organizations from legacy and analog systems to fully digital workflows — cloud platforms, automation, and stronger data pipelines — setting the foundation to use AI to its full potential. This live-streamed program helps leaders make that shift in their own operations. Across eight weekly sessions, plus one-on-one coaching and a structured Digital Transformation Assessment, participants explore data capture, analytics, automation, digital twins, and AI as part of a Continuous Improvement strategy — and leave with a real roadmap and pilot underway.
